The end of the quarter is coming up soon (March 10th), so make sure you have turned in all assignments and taken any quizzes that you missed. Bonne journée! Do the worksheet with the clothes and color vocabulary to practice. Make sure you have caught up on all the previous assignments. The end of the quarter is coming up fast!
Bonne journée! Complete the worksheet with the clothing and color vocabulary, the practice with regular -er verbs, and the word search for feminine color words (which means they usually end with "e").
Some of you still owe me previous homework assignments. When I get the grade book caught up, you will be disappointed with your grades if you haven't done the work! Bonne journée! Fill out the half-sheet page, labeling all the clothes (in French). Don't forget the articles le, la, les or un, une, des.
If you were absent today, don't forget to give me your notebooks on Tuesday. Bon weekend! Finish the exercises in the worksheets, exercises 10 and 11 (pages 113 and 114). You will turn in the whole packet tomorrow, so make sure it's complete. You will find the vocabulary you need on pages 236 to 238 of the textbook (read "la mise au point").
Bonne journée! Do worksheet pages 111-112, exercise 9. Write two sentences for each object, using different adjectives for each one (follow the model). Be sure to change the adjective to match if the item is masculine or feminine and singular or plural.
Bonne journée! Do worksheet pages 109 and 110, exercise 8. Look in the textbook to check how to change the spelling of an adjective if the item is feminine and/or plural (as opposed to masculine and singular).
Bonne fête de Saint Valentin! (Happy Valentine's Day) Take a piece of white paper, fold it in half, and draw two pictures of people wearing different clothes. Label all the clothes in French. Describe the colors of the clothes, and then color in those clothes as described. Write a sentence underneath each picture that says what each person is wearing ("Il porte..." or "Elle porte..."). Put a little effort into it.
Do page 108 in the worksheets, #6 and 7. You will need to read the "Enquête Culturelle" on pages 226-227 in the textbook in order to answer the questions. Bon weekend! Do the worksheet pages 105, 106, and 107. Read the directions carefully and write complete sentences where indicated.
