Bonne journée!
Do the "take-home test" worksheet. Review the vocabulary on it because that is what will be on the chapter test in class tomorrow. You may use the textbook to help you, but don't just copy someone else's work. That won't be very effective in helping you study for the test. I also suggest you look back through all your notes from January.
Bonne journée!

Do exercises 10 and 11 on page 205 of the textbook. Be ready with your list of questions from #11 in class tomorrow because you are going to ask and answer those questions with a partner.
Be sure to study list #16 for the vocabulary test tomorrow and review all the words in chapter six (page 213) for the chapter test on Thursday. Review your grammar notes and how to conjugate all the verbs in this chapter (être, faire, and venir). Bonne journée! In the fourth section of your notebook, do the exercises on page 201 of the textbook, #1, 2, 3, 4 (the whole page). #1 is based on the cultural information in the green box on the previous page. You may answer those questions in English. Exercises 2, 3, and 4 require answers in French and in complete sentences.
Bonne journée! Do the textbook page 197, #13 and 14. Write your answers, as complete sentences, in the fifth section of your notebook. Your answers can be in English. Look back through the cultural information on the previous pages to find the answers (pages 194-196).
Bon weekend! Do the handout to practice using "quel/quelle/quels/quelles" (which) and "c'est/ce sont/il est/elle est/ils sont/elles sont" (it is/he is/she is/they are).
Bonne journée! Do the handout using the verb "faire" (to do, to make).
Some of you haven't turned in some other homework pages. Please follow up. Bonne journée! Do textbook page 191, #7 and 8. Write your answers as complete sentences.
Do the work in section four of your notebook, unless you turned in your notebook to be checked, in which case do it on a piece of paper that you can then glue into your notebook. Some of you still owe me some completed handouts. Any of the pages that I gave you for homework need to be turned in. Check your backpacks or check with me to see what you're missing. Bonne journée! Do textbook page 190, exercise #6. Write your answers as complete sentences. If you have your notebook with you, write your answers in the fourth section. If you don't have your notebook, do your work on a separate piece of paper and glue it into the notebook when you get it back.
Study list #15 for the vocabulary test. Bonne journée! Complete the handout using the verb "venir." Check your textbook if you have forgotten how to conjugate it.
Do textbook page 189, #4 about indefinite articles in negative sentences. Look at page 188 to review the notes on that subject. Do it on a separate piece of paper, so I can check your notebooks. Bon weekend! Write today's vocabulary words in the vocabulary section of the notebook. Bonus practice, try using some of the words in a few sentences.
Textbook page 187, #2: match the sentences to the pictures. Write out each sentence in the fourth section of your notebook. Bonne journée! |
